charming stay
ideal location clean room helpful staff
the location is ideal with the main attractions within walking distance and public transport nearby i loved the hotel's cleanliness the rooms were well kept and the staff was always helpful i appreciated the fresh fruits that were brought to my room upon arrival and the constant availability of bottled water

the hotel is near many attractions a short walk leads to the blue mosque hagia sofia and the grand bazaar many restaurants and shops are nearby wear comfortable shoes for lots of walking around this area

the breakfast was varied and plentiful ranging from olives to cake the hotel has a spacious reception area on street level there is a convenient lift for easy access and there is a rooftop restaurant with a beautiful view

vast choice english speaker convenient location
the breakfast selection offered a vast choice. the staff spoke english well, helpful. the location is close to tram lines, a great convenience for getting around. the room was very clean.

limited choices terrible coffee
The breakfast was far from ideal. the choices seemed limited. the coffee tasted terrible too. I honestly could not drink it. also, the pool seemed mostly closed. i found this very inconvenient as i wanted to swim.

small room rude staff
the room i got was way smaller than i expected and there wasnt space to put my stuff. the air conditioning system didnt work as it should. it was always too hot, and i couldnt adjust it to properly cool the room. it really affected my sleep. the staff, some of them, seemed kinda rude and werent very helpful with basic requests.
